Bjørn is a Partner and Head of Bridgepoint’s Operational Support Group (OSG). OSG is Bridgepoint's private equity value creation and portfolio support team. He joined Bridgepoint in 2025.

Prior to joining Bridgepoint, Bjørn was with KKR in London and New York for 14 years. At KKR, he was co-head of KKR Capstone in Europe as well as co-leading KKR Capstone's Digital Value Creation team globally. Prior to KKR, he was with McKinsey & Company in Denmark.

Bjørn holds an M.Sc. in Finance & Accounting as well as a B.Sc. in International Business from Copenhagen Business School.
