Following four years of support through the Bridgepoint Development Capital (BDC) III fund – a franchise focused on investing in lower mid-market businesses across Europe – Oris has more than trebled in size, whilst maintaining its position as a quality leader known for its dentist-centric culture. As a result, the company has attracted further funding from Bridgepoint Development Capital’s subsequent vintage, BDC IV.

Today, the business is a leading dental care provider in the Nordics, operating c. 100 sites and with a footprint spanning across both Norway and Sweden.

The Nordic dental market is highly fragmented and provides an opportunity for Oris Dental to continue to grow both organically and through M&A. The company has a highly scalable platform with a clearly defined integration process and operates in a market forecast to grow thanks to favourable population demographics, increased visitor frequency as well as penetration of advanced treatments within the market.
